I should have offered to deliver to Mr Jones, here, his Forty barrels if it were not for the reasons I have shown, why the corn should be retained. Forty barrells amounts to two hundred bushels, so it will be seen that the delivery of this amount from my present stock would have absorbed the whole of it.
