Respectfully referred to Asst. Comr. of Va. for instructions, with the information that there are now four (4) patients, (convalescent,) and three attendants in this Pest. House. There is room in the Pest. House in Norfolk to accommodate the patients now in both. The city authorities have been requested to take charge of small pox cases but have not [[strikethrough]] been [[/strikethrough]] replied.
