GENERAL HENRY A. WISE'S PROPERTY. — It is rumored in Norfolk that the property of General Henry A. Wise has been restored to him. — It is situation near Drummondtown, on the Eastern shore of Virginia. It is said that the freedmen occupying it have been ordered to vacate it, and that an agent has been sent from Washington to put Mr. Wise in possession.
