Comr of Virginia who is hereby authorized to leave such a building as is specified in his endorsement of Oct. 19th on these papers, provided no rules of the School to occupy the same exclude colored children from attendance and provided the expense of rental is paid from the proceeds of sale of "Confederate Property"
