Transportation Book, with full entries, Station Book, and Record of all pieces of Abandoned Property showing the action of the Bureau with reference thereto. These are all well posted and neatly kept according to Bureau Regulations. Files of letters and all official documents are preserved. The Cash Book, Ration Book and Book of Cases Tried have been closed. 
The other topics mentioned in Letter of Instructions No 3 Series of 1866, will be considered together, and not, as heretofore, in connection with each sub-division. The condition of each office will, however, be given separately.
