I have the honor to request that the Head Quarts of 7th Div 5th Sub Dist Va may be changed from Drummondtown Va to Eastville Va for the following reasons visa that two days will be saved in the transportation of Maile Matter, the price of fuel is less and that the principal part of the Bureau business for the last three months has been in Northampton County
