Makes application for two single horse wagons, two horses and harnesses for use at Hospital. States that there is now no means of transporting water for the Hospital of for performing police duty.

It will be impossible to keep  the Hospital in a proper condition without the within named transportation is furnished.  We are compelled to draw water nearly two miles for cooking and washing purposes, and cases are constantly occurring where sick many miles distant should be transported to the Hospital.
