The bearer of this note is commended to me by friends in Hanover as a very respectable man - From his statement he has been badly treated - He was entitled to an appeal which he says was denied him - and he was compelled to pay the money of which the statement is enclosed - It seems to me that the pltff ought to be compelled to return his money until an appeal is allowed
