Special Orders No. 11

II In accordance with instruction from Major General O.O. Howard Commissioner Bureau R.F & A. L. dated Washington Sept. 28th 1865, the following described property is hereby restored to W.D. Corse. who claims to be the legal owner thereof, subject to such leases from the Government as may exist: 

Two tracts of land, situate in Fairfax Co. Virginia 

on condition.
1st  Restoration to be subject to the requirements of Circular No. 3 C.S. Bureau R.F. & A.L.
2nd  That nothing in this order shall be construed as giving any claim upon the Gov. for damages or rent that may have accrued.
