Fitzgerald. Mrs Rosa
States that a house belonging to her at Brunswick C.H. Va: is occupied by Lieut. Kimball of the Freed's Bureau, for his own benefit, and contrary to the decision of the Courts, That she is a loyal person &c &c, and requests that an order may be issued. to give up possession to her brother, and pay arrears of rent due.
