At the suggestion of A. M. Kimber, Prest. of the Executive Board, I write to make the following applications which, when last in Washington, he was encouraged to believe would be favorably considered by the Bureau_

First - that the rent, paid by this Asso'cn for the use of a mission house at Williamsburg during the past season, which amounted in all to $101.75 may be refunded.-

Also - that a part of the cost incurred by us in removing and fitting up school & mission buildings at Yorktown, which has been a
