BRF&AL. Office A.S.A.C
2d Div 6th Sub Dist Bowling
Green Caroline Co Va Nov. 14/67

Respectfully returned to Bvt Lt Col James Johnson, S.A.C. In compliance with your communication of Nov 4th I have the honor to state that I notified all of the Magistrates but took no acknowledgment of such notification. County Court has just closed and I took the opportunity to speak to the Magistrates on the subject. They all remember the order and say they have complied with it. The only cases that happened lately were those cases of the Trice affair - here the warrant was issued by Circuit Court, those parties were not allowed any time but then it was understood.

I shall certainly see that the Circular is carried out, I have been present at every Criminal trial in the County for the last 23 Months though not having notice.
