This agreement made and entered into this 18th day of February 1867. between Marlow Brown and Harriet Brown his wife otherwise called Harriet Follin of the first part, and Geo. M. Cannon of the second of the second part, witnesseth that it is hereby agreed between said parties that the said Cannon, on tomorrow (the 19th of Feb 1867)
