The case of Samuel Walker, alluded to in your report of March 15th 1867
is referred to you for such action as will bring it before the proper Civil Authorities.  You will furnish to the authorities taking cognisance of the case, a copy of S.O. No. 4, Head Quarters, First District, specially inviting attention to Par. 3 of the same.

The result of your action in this case will be reported.
