or been received here since the 25th of February, and as there is no prospect now that any will be received or leave much before another week, the mans sentence will have expired, and he be at liberty, long ere a reply could be obtained. Nevertheless, I feel persuaded that if my original request be complied with, it cannot fail to be productive of the most beneficial results.
