Apar he gave him at Sunday dinner the sum of Seven dollars in money all of which the Pliff admits to be true with two exceptions he says he lacked one shirt of getting his usual amt of clothing, but that some time afterwards he got an extra Coat worth more than a shirt + says he cant recollect receiving but about five dollars in the year in money [[??]] is positive

After a fair and full investigation of the above stated Case, I make this decision, That- as there was a contract between the parties for labour and both consenting to it to the [[??]] of the [[??]], Pliff complying on his part notwithstanding. Plaintiff was unable to render any service for two more important months of the time, + had to be [[??]], that this Complaint be dismissed at Pltffs cost.
