I George Marlow of Loudon County Virginia, being of sound mind but knowing the uncertainty of life and the certainty of death, do make ordain declare and decree this to be my last will revoking all others if any there be.

I direct all my just debts to be paid as soon as convenient by my Executrix hereafter named.

I will & bequeath the whole of my estate real personal & mixed to my beloved wife Mary W. Marlow for Ten years after my death to enable her to raise and educate my minor children in a plain and genteel manner: And in the event of her death before the expiration of ten years then I will and direct my two sons Richard C. Marlow and Edward G. Marlow to fill out this unexpired term of ten years. as though their mother was living they to have all the privileges given to my wife in this will & they are required to perform all that may be necessary in raising and educating my minor children.

I will and direct my whole estate to be sold at the expiration of the Ten years above named.
