at which time I will & bequeath to my widow if living in trust the sum of $6000 to be invested in any way she may direct, provided she can receive the interest in said sum annually. Should she accept the provision above made for her she must then renounce all legal claim title and interest in my estate.  I will & direct the balance of my estate or the proceeds arising from the sale thereof to be equally divided between all my children, they to share alike - that is after deducting the above named sum of $6000 already bequeathed to my widow. xxxxxx. 
I hereby constitute & appoint my wife Mary W. Marlow my sole executrix without security.
