I have the honor to request transportation for the following persons at present inmates of the hospital at this place - Robert Miller - via Va. C.R.R. to Richmond, and via Kanawa Canal to Columbia, Goochland, Co.

These freedmen state that they have relatives in those counties to whom they may go - they properly belong to the counties named.
