I would respectfully request the property situated on Crabb Street in Portsmouth Va. and reported as belonging to Wm Parrish be restored to me with  all the rights of ownership.
   
Enclosed please find Proof of title copy of amnesty oath, certificate of clerk of U.S. Court - Affidavit that I come within none of the exceptions of Pres. Proc. of May 26th 1865.
