Communicates statement of Anthony Butler who says that about the 8th of April last Dr G.F. Sterling came to the Taylor Farm and made an address to the people living there, the burthen of which was that the Officers of the Bureau were trying to dispossess them of the Farm, and that if they would pay his expenses he would go to Washington and have the matter settled.
