I have the honor to apply for, and to request, that Transportation be furnished, for a Blind and Destitute Freedman named David Bland and an Aged, Infirm and Destitute Freedwoman, named Rebecca, and her two grand children under twelve years of age, From Nottoway Court House, to Farmville Va, en route to the Freedmen's Hospital at the latter place.

They are suffering from bodily infirmities, and have no relatives or persons to care for them, And in my opinion propery come under the provisions of Cir. No. 2, War Dep't Bureau R.F. & A.L. April 10th 1866.
