Mr. Moseby states that the cow was given up by [[crossed out]] Fra [[/crossed out]] Bob Lynch voluntarily, by reason of his buying it of the widow of [[crossed out]] Bob [[/crossed out]] Frank Lynch (Jane) at a time that she could give no title to same, as said cow belonged to the estate of [[strikethrough]] Bob [[/strikethrough]] Frank Lynch, and there was no administrator upon the estate until Bobs widow remarried (James Fund) and her 2d husband qualified upon the estate of Frank and proceeded to hunt up the property and advertize and sell the same.

Mr. Moseby also states that he had nothing to do with the matter as a Magistrate
