I write at the request of Mr E.P. Williams, Agt. for the Bureau at this place, to ask for him a leave of absence for twenty days, as soon as he is able to avail himself of the same.

Mr Williams is very sick with an attack of bilious fever, and in my opinion should go north as soon as he becomes convalescent.
