All the right title interest and Estate of Sanford J. Ramey in and to all that piece or parcel of land situated on Catoctin Mountain near Stump Farm in the County of Loudoun in the Eastern District of Virginia and bounded on the North by the land of Ebenezer Grubb containing Thirty acres more or less (Timber Land)} CONFISCATION

And now at this day came S H Chandler Esqr United States District Attorney and suggests to the Court the death of the Respondent Sanford J. Ramey

On motion of the said S H Chandler
It is ordered by the Court that the libel [[strikethrough]] and all proceedings herein be dismissed [[/strikethrough]] in this cause be dismissed.
