You will allow Mr. Geo Booker who has been pardoned by the President and whose property has been ordered to be returned to him to undertake any farming operations in this place which will not interfere with the present tenant. You will also give him such assistance as may be necessary in recovering his stock, farming tools &c which have not already been sold by the Bureau and to which third parties have not acquire a right.
