Cinthia Kinney an old colored woman, of about 70 years of age, has been at these Head Qrs and states that she was formerly owned by Widow Sutton. King William Co. and that after the fall of Richmond. Paluskie Sutton (son of Mrs. Sutton) drove her off the plantation, keeping from her a hog which she had purchased, and which she intended as a means of her support. You will therefore investigate and Report in regard to this case without delay.
