Miles Mr L.M.
Box 391. Richmond Va.
Sir,
Your communication dated yesterday, in relation to papers of Mr Henry Bell of Matthews County Va. was duly received, and in reply I beg to inform you that the mill is on Q.M. papers, and not on Bureau papers, that the matter was forwarded to Major General Terry Commanding Dept. Va. suggesting that an order be issued by him restoring the mill to Mr. Bell.
I would suggest that you had better write to General Terry on this subject, as it is now in his hands.
