The "Powers of Attorney" of which you write, were "got up" for the purpose of saving time and postage -
It formerly took from three to four weeks to put the mens applications through, causing much expense to men who lived at a distance from the place to which their money was to be sent - besides taking a large amount of postage to forward vouchers backward and forward for signature -
If it is your wish that the "Power of Attorney" be discontinued, I will give orders to that effect.
