In answer to endorsement from Dept Hd. Qurs. a communication from Adjutant Generals Office dated May 15th 1866 ordering the restoration to Mr. Charles Brown of a steam saw mill and appearances situated on Queens Creek, Mathews Co. Va.
I have the honor to inform you that Capt. A.S. Flagg A.Q.M. & Supt. in whose possession the property is, has been ordered to restore same.
