Supt. of Halifax Co. to forward a full report of cases of Ember and other Freedmen against John Clark - the cases having been decided by the Freedmens Court of Halifax Co. as appears by order of Lt. Buffum dated March 29th 1866.- Mr. Clark states that he appealed from the decision but no transcript of the case has been forwarded to these Hd. Quarters.-
