General Commn'r. to enclose herewith 2nd Auditors Certificate No. 282.790.) for Three hundred and Thirty five dollars and Forty cents, ($335.40) being the amount of the claim for arrears of pay and bounty of Chloe Ann, widow of Stephen Spruel late of Co. "H" 36th U.S.C.T.
