of F. Watkins as Corporal and Sergeant. 
Mary Watkins, the claimant, and widow of Frank Watkins has removed to Richmond, where she now resides, and I would respectfully request that the enclosed papers be returned to her with information as to the result of the application. No receipt was given her for the papers.
