Commr. with discharge-papers of Frank Watkins and letter of 2d Auditor enclosed together with order of Mary Watkins to pay bounty collected, to Thos Jordan, and commission over of F. Watkins as Corporal and Sergeant. Mary Watkins, the claimant, and widow of Frank Watkins has removed to Richmond, where she now resides, and I would respectfully request that the enclosed papers be returned to her with information as to the result of the application.
