I have the honor to enclose herewith the discharge of Jesse Stiles, late Pvt. Co B, 38th U.S.C.T. whose claim against the U.S. for bounty and arrears of pay is allowed and the amount ($443.00) in the hands of the Chief Dis. Off. of this Bureau, for remittance to claimant.

The Post-Office address of claimant as given by 2d Auditor, is "Norfolk, Va." Please acknowledge receipt of enclosed discharge at your earliest convenience.
