The undersigned, as administrator of Thos. Phillips deceased, respectfully represents, that John W. Minor and wife, by deed duly executed and recorded in the Clerk's Office of the County Court of Loudoun County, Va. dated February 19th 1856, conveyed to a certain R.J.T. White a tract of land situated on the Eastern side of the Catoctin Mountain, containing 205 acres;

In trust to secure the payment to said Thomas Phillips of the following bonds, to wit:

One bond for $2000. dated 19th Febry. 1856, with interest,
One bond for $1333.33 1/3 dated 19th Febry. 1856, with interest,
One bond for $1333.33 1/3 dated 19th Febry. 1856, with interest,
One bond for $1333.33 1/3 dated 19th Febry. 1856, with interest,
One bond for $6000.00 bearing interest from date, until paid.

That the said R.J.T. White, trustee as aforesaid, has removed to another State, and forfeited his trusteeship for said Phillips, who is dead, and whose administrator your petitioner now is.

That said land has been libelled as the property of said Minor, and has been directed to be seized by Captn. Smith, Supt. Freedmen &c. for said County, when
