Respectfully reports, in reply to communication from Genl O Brown Asst Comr, Bureau Dist. Va, That the urgent need of early morning visits to the sick in quarters, who have been very numerous, had made it almost impossible to open the office earlier.- That this sickness being lessened to some degree - Drs Young & Kenny have been instructed to make arrangements, hereafter, to secure the presence of one of them at the office each day - from 7 to 9 am and from 4 to 6 pm, and as much longer as their other duties will permit
