I have the honor to apply to you for a position as Agent of the Bureau in this State. I served three years in the 24th Mass Infantry, and was honorably discharged therefrom. Was last employed as Registering officer for The County of Scott, Va. I would respectfully refer you to the accompanying endorsements.
