Respectfully forwarded to Major Genl. O.O. Howard, Com'r., with the request, that authority be given to sell the building referred to, herein, in accordance with recommendation of R.M. Manly, Supt. of Education, Dist. of Va.  It is one of the two buildings which are carried on the Land Reports as "Chimborazo Hospital" taken from the Confederate Government.
