Requests that the Bureau R.F. and A.L. appropriate $150. in helping the freedpeople near Centerville, Fairfax Co. Va. to finish the erection of a school house at that point. States that the school will be of great benefit to the colored people in that section: That from 50 to 75 scholars can be obtained: That Mr. Jesse Harris, (col'd) has given them one acre of land: and that he has made arrangements with the Freedmens Aid So. of Phila. Pa., to assist in supporting a teacher.
