I have the honor respectfully to request transportation from Richmond Va to Baltimore, Md. for Francis T. Brown [[/strikethrough]] wife of Mr Brown and one child and [[?]] [[strikethrough]] loyal refugee. Mr. Brown is a Wheelright [[Wheelwright]] by profession, and states that he has used every exertion to procure employment in this city but without success; he represents that he can with certainty obtain work at his trade in Baltimore, to support himself and family. His family are now depending on the Government for food, and are liable to remain so for a long time unless this transportation is granted him.
