Richmond Va Capt:-
I have the honor to transmit herewith Report of Abandoned or Confiscated Land in 10’ Sub Dist. Va for month of November 1868. The land on the Return has never been in the possession of the Bureau to my knowledge since it was libelled for confiscations in the US. courts; since reported by me it has been in the possession of the original owners.

A copy of Circular No. 25 has been furnished to each party with a request that they acknowledge receipt of the same, but up to this date, with few exceptions, have failed to do so.

I enclose herewith Receipts of the following named parties, being all that has been received up to this date, viz.
