I have the honor in compliance with Circular No 1 Bureau of Refugees, Freedmen, and Abandoned Lands, Head Quarters Asst Commr District of Virginia dated Richmond Va February 26th 1868, to state that I have arranged to visit Washington Rappahannock County Va on the 2nd Monday in April next (that being Court day) for the purpose of transacting such business as may be properly brought before me I shall remain there (3) three days, or until all business requiring my attention is transacted. Prior to the time above mentioned I shall be at my Office here as also after the expiration of the time above indicated to be spent in Washington Va I will state it is my intention to visit Rappahannock evry month on the 2nd Monday as above contemplated
Court day here comes evry third Monday in each month
