I have the honor to apply for authority to rent School-rooms at the following points and prices, viz.

Winchester at not to exceed  $20.00 per mo.
Berryville at not to exceed $10.00 per mo.
Bentonville at not to exceed $10.00 per mo.
Front Royal at  not to exceed $10.00 per mo.
Luray at not to exceed $10.00 per mo.
Newtown at not to exceed $10.00 per mo.
Woodstock at not to exceed $10.00 per mo.
New Market at not to exceed $10.00 per mo.

Schools were held last winter at most of the above places, and it is expected that the A.M.A. will furnish teachers to most if not all above places.  Unless schools are
