   Before closing this Report I will take the occasion to state that the gratifying success with which I have met in the Management of Bureau affairs in this Sub, Dist. during the quarter is owing in great measure to the faithfulness of Subordinates.  THe Several Asst Sub Asst Comr having performed their trying and difficult local duties to my entire Satisfaction and the Sub Dist Inspector Mr Geo W Black having given me constand and valuable aid in the performance of my general duties as Sub Asst Comr.
    Great credit is also due to A.A.Surgeon Ferd Lessing for his constant and unremitting attention to the destitute sick and to the Clerks and other Employees for faithfulness and industry.
