Major, I have the honor to request that the payment of six (6) dollars per month, for the Store Room on Catherine St. be transferred to a similar room in the second story part of the 2 story & attic house situated on the cor of Main St & Kings Lane—: the house being occupied as a dwelling The Room contains no prepared means of heating. Viz. that the "P.E.F.C." has not the exclusive use of the buildings occupied by its schools, & has not therefore any place of security or storage for the property of the same, believing these necessities will be covered by the Rental Act as necessary protections a reconsideration of the subject is earnestly desired.
