I have the honor to request that the payment of six (6) dollars per month, for the Store Room on Catherine St. be transferred to a similar room in the second story part of the 2 story & attic house situated on the cor of Main St & Kings Lane—: the house being occupied as a dwelling

The Room contains no prepared means of heating.

And is required as a store room for the school property of "P.E.F.C."

Is leased by Mrs C. D. Segar.

Va &c, requesting a continuation of the exceptional form of payment of rent for store room  on the following grounds. Viz. that the "P.E.F.C." has not the exclusive use of the buildings occupied by its schools, & has not therefore any place of security or storage for the property of the same, believing these necessities will be covered by the Rental Act as necessary protections a reconsideration of the subject is earnestly desired.
