Sir,
In your report, under Circular No 6, Series 1866, from these Head Qrs, for the month ending November 30th 1868, you say that "three of their churches and school houses have been burned by the whites since July last" - I am directed by the Asst. Comr to call upon you for a full report in the two cases occurring before that on Oct. 30th, and for an explanation of the reason why they have not before been reported.

Mr. McLaughlin will also state why the school of Mr. James Taylor has not been reported upon the regular monthly school report.
