Comr directs that you furnish these Head Quarters with a monthly report showing all changes that may have occured amongst the A A Surgeons of the Bureau in this Department during the month for which the report is made. This report will show the date of contract and with whom made, the duty performed, order assigning to duty, and order relieving from duty. Their station will also be shown.

Please send in your report for the month ending January 31 1867 as soon as possible.

In your January Land report you drop the property of S.D. Reese, situated in Portsmouth, Va. as being restored by S.O. 51, dated March 20th 1865. No explanation is given as to the reason why the property was not previously dropped  The name of Reese does not appear in the above named order. Please explain why the property was dropped.
