On the 21st. of February last, Captain Austin reported the names of certain persons, owners of property appearing on the Land report of the 1st Dist. whom he had notified that unless application was made to the Bureau for their property it would be taken possession of- The Asst. Comr. directs that you again notify such persons, named by Capt. Austin, who have failed to apply for their property, and after giving them a reasonable time to make application, you will report all who do not avail themselves of this opportunity, to these Head Quarters.-
