You will thoroughly investigate the case of "Georginia" a colored child living with Mr. Robt. Thrift of Powhatan County, Va. - If you find on investigation that the child is not properly treated, you will deliver her to her Uncle Benjamin Harris reporting your action to these Head Quarters.
