Edward Field, 1st Lieut. 4th U.S. Arty., on duty at Alexandria (Va.) as Asst. Sub. Asst. Comr. can temporarily perform the duties of Mil. Comr. during the absence of Col. Lee. If no objection exists at the Head Quarters of the 1st Mil. Dist., the leave will be granted.
